Infant potty training, also known as “Elimination Communication” or “EC” has been around since the beginning of time. In recent years, it is growing in popularity again due to its enormous ecological, financial, and bonding benefits. Whether you use cloth diapers, disposable diapers, or a combination of the two, EC is a wonderful tool for everyone to use in communicating with our infants about their elimination needs and “potty training” them the natural way. Because EC is all about communication, you will grow closer to your baby in the process.

Learn the basics of how to get started with EC, how to use the “Four Tools of Diaper Freedom,” and why this completely logical method is the greenest, the least expensive, and most gentle approach to handling infant hygiene.

ALSO! Join us on the 1st Wednesday of every month at the Elimination Communication Drop-In Parent-Baby Group at Alma Education Space from 11-12:30. (Note: NEW TIME)

Do you practice EC? Would you like some support? Bring your baby to this ongoing, drop-in group for parents and their babies who are practicing EC. There will be potties available and a safe, nurturing space for letting your baby be diaper-free (if you wish) while we exchange experiences, ideas, and create community around this wonderful practice. Infants to one-year-olds only, please, and feel free to bring snacks/lunch with you. FREE for Alma Clients and $10 suggested donation per family.
